90.3 WBHM has an opening in its Development Department for a Membership Manager.  The Membership Manager is responsible for WBHM's ongoing membership program, including member maintenance, donor cultivation and related Web site activities.  In addition, the membership manager is responsible for fulfilling membership revenue goals through all applicable an relevant public radio membership activities.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, with a major in broadcasting.  Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing and/or related field preferred.   Minimum two years experience in fundraising and development, which may include membership management or major donor and philanthropic activity.   Excellent writing skills. Excellent computer skills.  Experience with Allegiance Membership software a plus.  In addition, experience with Raiser's Edge, MemSys or similar software preferred. Director of Development

The Donoho School
in Anniston, AL is looking for an organized, detail-oriented self-starter. The director manages a comprehensive development program including fundraising and alumni relations. The director is responsible for donor cultivation, solicitations, and relations. The director supervises donor and gift record-keeping and oversees the management of databases and all records, files, and gift processing. 

A bachelor's degree, three years of proven experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with database experience are required. This is a twelve-month salaried position – salary negotiable.

The Director of Development would report to the head of school.
